You can either register online on our website (it will prompt you to log in to your Momence account, which is our booking platform) or you can register for our classes on the Momence website or app.

Momence is our booking platform. You can download the Momence app, or use their website to sign up for our classes. You can also use our website to register for classes. Your Momence username/email will be the email address you provided while you signed up for your Membership or Pack. If you need to create a password, or have forgotten your password, simply put in your email address and click “forgot password” in order to get into your account.

No. If you have the Mini, Midi, Unlimited, or At Home Membership, the classes do not roll over if you don’t utilize them. But, keep in mind that you’re getting a great, discounted price per class since you have a membership!

Yes! All of our memberships auto renew monthly.

Unfortunately, no there is not. Memberships automatically renew and we need a card on file to complete that purchase, which includes a slight credit card fee. Thank you for your understanding. If you would like to purchase packs or one-off classes or workshops without a card and its fee, you can pay using cash or Venmo.

We know life happens! If you know you won’t be around for 7 or more days, for whatever reason, we can put a freeze on your account until you come back. Freezes must be for a minimum of 7 days and must be requested 7 days before desired freeze start date. Members may freeze one time per calendar year (Jan - Dec) at no charge. Subsequent freezes are $10 per month administration fee.

Yes, but only for Mini and Midi Memberships!

Unlimited Nest Membership can not apply their class credit towards another person, they must use their Buddy Pass (can use 1 every month).

Memberships do not expire, they automatically renew monthly until you cancel your membership.

Packs DO expire in 6 months.

No, On Demand does not include upcoming live classes. On Demand is like our Yoga Netflix. You can purchase a membership to access past, recorded yoga classes at Nest. We update the On Demand Library throughout the week with the most recent recorded classes we have available!

That’s great, you’re fully utilizing your membership! You can purchase a drop-in class for $29 (in person) or $21 (livestream).

If you think there is a chance for you to attend more classes that are available in your membership again, it will be most cost effective for you to bump up your membership to the next level! For Mini’s, that would mean bumping up to the Midi. For Midi’s, you should consider our Unlimited Nest Membership where you’ll also receive merchandise and workshop discounts, and buddy passes.

You can cancel your class up to 2 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 2 hours before class starts, or are a no show, that is a late cancellation and you will be marked as a “No Show”. For the initial “No Show” only, we will return the class credit to your account and there will not be a penalty. Subsequent late cancellations will be subject to a $20 penalty.

Yes! Check out our donation based Community Classes on our schedule (usually occur on Fridays).
